Why Disposable Postpartum Underwear Beats Regular Briefs and Pads

When you wear regular briefs, you can find yourself adjusting an awkward pad each time you move. However, our disposable maternity underwear has a built-in absorbent pad, plus an inner leg liner to help contain leaks.

The full-coverage cut gives you more coverage around the back and sides, while the soft, high-waisted waistband sits above your lower abdomen. When it’s time to change, simply tear the sides and remove the pair without pulling it down over your legs. That means less bending during the first few days after giving birth.

As the waistband is designed to sit above a caesarean incision rather than press against it, this makes our maternity panties a good option after both C-section and vaginal birth.

How Many Packs Will I Need?

Our starter bundle includes 15 pairs across three packs of five. 3 packs should cover you for approximately the first 5–7 days postpartum, when bleeding is typically at its heaviest.
